Description

You will architect, develop, and implement new telecommunications products, owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement DSP algorithms and design O&M functions for telecommunications products.
• Develop drivers, APIs, and embedded software for Linux platforms interfacing with FPGAs and hardware.
• Debug networking issues and manage TCP/IP protocols in user and kernel space.
• Support automated test development efforts and manage the complete SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming within an embedded Linux environment.
• Experience with embedded Linux platforms such as Yocto and ARM processors.
• Practical knowledge of Linux device driver development and debugging.
• Experience with hardware interfaces including PCIe, SPI, I2C, GPIO, and flash devices.
• Hands-on experience with TCP/IP protocols and debugging networking issues.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Background in wireless communication.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FPGA and DSP.
• Proficiency in Python for embedded systems, including mathematical and data analysis packages.
• Ability to test, validate, and debug using RF measurement equipment such as a Spectrum Analyzer.
