Description

You will lead the migration of legacy systems and the integration of CT applications onto the VxWorks 7 platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy codebases from ClearCase to GitLab and integrate artifact delivery into updated processes.
• Integrate CT applications into the VxWorks 7 platform to ensure seamless delivery into existing products.
• Perform detailed impact assessments to evaluate migration effects and create verification documentation.
• Execute formal code verification processes and manage build pipelines and infrastructure.
• Provide programming and code review support to team members through merge requests.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on embedded software development experience using C/C++.
• Proven success in migrating codebases from ClearCase to GitLab.
• Experience with embedded software development in medical systems, specifically Computed Tomography (CT).
• Expertise in planning and executing build pipelines and formal verification test execution.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++.
• Experience with GitLab.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with DevOps practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GNU Make, CMake, ALM/JAMA, or MyWorkshop.
• Knowledge of Jama.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field.
