Description

You will lead the embedded platform team, owning the architecture, design, and delivery of complex system software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end architecture and implementation of embedded platform software components.
• Conduct hands-on system design, coding, and debugging of complex embedded systems.
• Lead development of platform infrastructure including bootloaders, device drivers, and OS abstraction layers.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control standards for predictable releases.
• Mentor engineers in embedded design, code quality, and debugging practices while scaling the team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, and Python for embedded development.
• Expertise in Power Integrity, including power distribution analysis and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with EDA tools, specifically Synopsys, Cadence, and Cadence Allegro.
• Deep knowledge of bootloaders, device drivers, and board bring-up processes.
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scaling engineering teams in a hardware-adjacent software environment.
