Description

You will own the testing and quality assurance for low power, high reliability industrial process control devices.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop test automation to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Write manual and automated test procedures for device features.
• Champion the test team to deliver quality products.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Electrical, and Mechanical teams to ensure cohesive group delivery.
• Log, track, and investigate defects to determine root cause.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Embedded Development and/or Embedded Test Development.
• Expertise in C#.
• Working knowledge of C/C++.
• Basic understanding of software test methodologies (Regression, Functional, Unit, Black Box, White Box).
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics and circuit analysis.
• Ability to understand basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git or Mercurial.
• Familiarity with CI tools like TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Knowledge of control systems or process control environments.
