Description

You will own the testing and quality assurance for low power, high reliability industrial process control devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop test automation to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Write manual and automated test procedures for features of industrial process control devices.
• Log, track, and investigate defects to determine root cause.
• Collaborate with Firmware, Electrical, and Mechanical teams to ensure cohesive integration.
• Champion test team members to deliver quality products.

Required Skills

• Expertise in C# and working knowledge of C/C++.
• 7+ years of Embedded Development and/or Embedded Test Development experience.
• Basic understanding of software test methodologies (Regression, functional, unit, black box, white box).
• Basic understanding of electrical schematics and circuit analysis.
• Ability to understand basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of control systems and/or process control environments.
• Experience with distributed version control (Mercurial, Git, or similar).
