Description

You will develop and execute critical care tests for a real-time embedded software system on a multi-therapy electro-mechanical platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test protocols and execute software tests through scripted, ad hoc, and exploratory methods.
• Create, update, and peer-review tests in Microfocus ALM.
• Estimate work efforts and produce detailed test documentation.
• Investigate and resolve high-priority field issues.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and systems engineers to deliver safe solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in embedded software testing.
• Experience within a regulated industry environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (Green Hills Integrity OS).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Iterative and V-Model development lifecycles.
• Ability to communicate defects, test methodologies, and progress clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing regression analysis, feature analysis, requirements engineering, and use-case development.
