You will design, maintain, and optimize end-user systems and deployment processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Windows 10/11 operating systems using Intune, ensuring adherence to security hardening standards.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts via PowerShell to streamline system processes and improve user experience.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, design, and rollout of new tools for end-user environments.
• Manage application deployment and monthly patching procedures for all endpoint systems.
• Provide Level 3 advanced troubleshooting support and participate in a quarterly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in end-user systems engineering.
• Expertise in Intune administration and Azure Identity and Endpoint Management.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, including migration in Autopilot and Hybrid Azure AD Joined environments.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management tools such as CyberArk EPM, Intune, or BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security management, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability in user profile management and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
