Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SCCM application packaging, Workspace ONE administration, PowerShell scripting, and enterprise software deployment. This position will play a key role in major modernization initiatives, including the migration from APS to UPS and ABAMAS platforms, while helping improve deployment automation, standardization, and release processes.

Required:

  • 5+ years of enterprise application packaging experience using SCCM.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Microsoft SCCM (Configuration Manager)
    • AdminStudio
    • PSAppDeploy Toolkit
    • Workspace ONE Administration
    • PowerShell
    • VBScript
    • MSI / MST packaging
    • InstallShield
    • WinGet
  • Experience managing enterprise Windows endpoint deployments.

Preferred:

  • Workspace ONE / Omnissa Certification.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/Intune).
  • Microsoft 365 (O365) application packaging.
  • Adobe application packaging.
  • VMware environment experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software deployments.
  • Airline industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Package, build, test, and deploy Windows applications across enterprise environments.
  • Create and maintain MSI, MST, InstallShield, and WinGet application packages.
  • Develop and manage software deployment workflows using SCCM and Workspace ONE.
  • Configure Workspace ONE Smart Groups, Assignment Groups, Tags, and Automations.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell and VBScript automation scripts.
  • Troubleshoot software installation, packaging, and deployment issues.
  • Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint environments.
  • Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, project managers, and release management teams.
  • Perform deployment readiness assessments and provide deployment reporting.
  • Support enterprise application lifecycle management and software distribution.
  • Participate in deployment planning and help reduce production deployment risks.
  • Support airport technology platforms, including kiosks, gate computers, lobby systems, check-in stations, and future Digital ID initiatives
