Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows, and AVD.
  • Design and manage Intune policies for application deployment, device compliance, security, and configuration.
  • Design and implement Windows 11 provisioning and Microsoft Autopilot processes.
  • Configure and manage Windows Update for Business policies.
  • Design and manage Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for security and system configuration.
  • Manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including image creation, VM deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Engineer, maintain, and support Windows desktop and laptop images.
  • Maintain and modify SCCM task sequences as required.
  • Package, test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Develop automated solutions for software deployment, application patching, and workstation imaging.
  • Provide advanced/L3 support and serve as an escalation point for endpoint and End User Computing issues.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventative analysis.
  • Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance controls.
  • Manage patching for BIOS, firmware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, Active Directory, and other engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-base content.
  • Support endpoint lifecycle management and continuous platform improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of IT Infrastructure / Endpoint Engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
  • 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or VDI environments.
  • Strong experience with endpoint security and compliance.
  • Experience with enterprise software packaging using InstallShield or equivalent technologies.
  • Strong experience with enterprise patch management, including BIOS, firmware, OS, and application updates.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
