Description

Own the enterprise endpoint management strategy for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Linux fleets, ensuring security compliance and operational excellence.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer JAMF Pro for device enrollment, configuration profiles, patch management, and smart groups across macOS and iOS ecosystems.
• Manage the full Apple device lifecycle from provisioning through decommissioning using JAMF and Apple Business Manager.
• Administer Linux endpoint management at scale, enforcing policies, distributing software, and handling OS patching for enterprise fleets.
• Design and enforce security baselines, maintaining CIS benchmarks and SOC 2 compliance across all managed platforms.
• Develop shell scripts and automation tooling to streamline system configuration, reporting, and remediation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience with expert-level JAMF Pro administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux endpoint device management, including policy enforcement and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in Bash shell scripting for automation and system configuration.
• Deep understanding of macOS and Linux security hardening, PKI, and certificate management.
• Experience with identity integration (LDAP, SSO, Okta) and ITSM frameworks like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Solid knowledge of change management principles, including RFC submission and CAB processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• JAMF certifications (JCT, JCA, or Jamf 300/400).
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for Linux fleets.
• Familiarity with EDR tools like CrowdStrike or SentinelOne on macOS and Linux.
