Description

You lead end-to-end delivery of B2B software, machine learning, and data analytics solutions while acting as the primary client liaison for requirement gathering and problem definition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation, planning, execution, and closure of software development and data analytics deliverables.
• Facilitate governance meetings and present project status and outcomes directly to clients.
• Produce technical documentation including business requirement documents, user training manuals, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps based on client requirements.
• Identify and develop new client opportunities to build capabilities on the AWS cloud.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end B2B software solution deliveries.
• Experience managing projects involving cloud deployments, preferably on AWS.
• Proven track record in production-grade data warehouse creation and data visualization projects.
• Hands-on experience leading teams using Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic visualization using Excel and BI tools.
• Strong ability to mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills for driving constructive outcomes with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing data modeling and reporting techniques in Qliksense.
• Experience working on projects within the retail domain.
