Description

You will lead large-scale data and AI engagements, managing client relationships and technical delivery across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete project lifecycle, including solutioning, engineering, testing, release, and maintenance.
• Manage customer communication, technical thought leadership, and escalation management for data and analytics projects.
• Direct mid-sized teams of 40-50 members, ensuring skill development and technical problem resolution.
• Align with product and business teams to coordinate architecture goals and business priorities.
• Drive project delivery through rigorous plan management, dependency tracking, and conflict resolution.

Required Skills

• Experience managing mid-to-large scale data, cloud, AI, or ML engagements.
• Proficiency with GCP, AWS, or Azure platforms and services.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 40-50 people.
• Deep understanding of data management, data governance, and data integration.
• Strong grasp of risk management, scope management, and project profitability.
• Expertise in agile development methodologies and technical roadmap planning.
• Ability to debug technical issues and guide teams through complex problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in time-sensitive environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating technical objections and resolving blockers in client engagements.
