Description

You will lead the end-to-end onboarding of applications, ensuring they meet defined security standards and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess application architecture and design to provide security recommendations based on established policies.
• Create technical standards and guidelines for secure application development and deployment.
• Define security patterns in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to mitigate environmental risks.
• Develop reference architectures, technical standards, and design documents.
• Lead cross-functional groups to deliver cybersecurity goals through technical thought leadership.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years focused on Cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge of Cloud-native architectures, specifically AWS (VPC, Security Groups, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation of security processes.
• Expertise in container security, Docker, and microservices security.
• Strong understanding of network security including Firewalls, WAF, Reverse Proxy, DMZ architecture, and egress proxies.
• Proficiency with security frameworks and standards such as NIST, PCI, and OWASP.
• Experience with encryption, HTTPS, TLS certificates, and data protection.
• Knowledge of SIEM, UEBA, domain segmentation, and authentication protocols.
• Relevant certification such as CISSP, SANS GCIH, AWS Certifications, or vendor-specific certifications (Palo Alto, McAfee, IBM).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in application development, specifically within microservices architectures.
• Experience implementing security for cloud-based infrastructure and applications in AWS.
