Description

You will lead technical development and integration for BMC Remedy ARS projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ARS forms, workflows, fields, and schemas.
• Design database structures using stored procedures, queries, and triggers.
• Build and customize custom Remedy applications and interfaces using web technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Remedy environment.
• Perform SQL metadata and date conversions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in BMC Remedy ARS development.
• Hands-on experience with ARS form and workflow development.
• Advanced SQL skills, including stored procedures, indexes, and triggers.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface customization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
• BMC Remedy ARS certifications.
