Description

Lead technical design and development for Go-based services, managing deployment scaling and mentoring a small engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development using Go fundamentals within a team environment.
• Write modular, high-quality code and mentor a team of 3 to 4 engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to define technical approaches.
• Manage application deployment and scaling using Kubernetes.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and code conversion workflows via GitLab.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and its ecosystem.
• Experience with go-mod, gorilla, golangci-lint, and mockery.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab and CI/CD processes.
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes for deployment and scaling.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Working knowledge of Postgres DB.
• Experience implementing caching with Redis.
