You will manage, secure, and optimize the organization's Microsoft 365 environment to ensure reliability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring optimal service availability and user experience.
• Oversee identity management, implementing best practices for user access, authentication, and directory synchronization.
• Monitor M365 services and email systems, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and enforce security measures and compliance policies to protect organizational data.
• Optimize M365 applications and cloud infrastructure for efficiency and system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in M365 Administration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem management.
• Deep expertise in Identity Management, including Azure AD/Entra ID and access control.
• Strong background in Email Systems administration and security within the M365 suite.
• Proven experience with Cloud Infrastructure configuration and management.
• Competency in Security Management, including threat protection and compliance policy implementation.
• Skills in System Optimization to enhance service performance and user efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced security automation and compliance reporting tools.
