Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize backend services using Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
• Drive system architecture, refactoring, and design reviews for scalability.
• Lead database development, focusing on query optimization and performance tuning.
• Troubleshoot complex microservices issues using strong debugging and RCA skills.
• Ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and implement observability practices.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis) and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/IAC).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of Workflow Orchestration (Temporal, Airflow).
