Description

You will focus on development and customization within the BMC Remedy ARS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ARS forms, workflows, fields, and schemas.
  • Design and implement database structures including stored procedures, queries, and triggers.
  • Build and maintain custom Remedy applications.
  • Customize ARS interfaces using web technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ITSM ecosystem.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in BMC Remedy ARS development.
  • Hands-on experience with ARS form and workflow development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including advanced stored procedures, indexes, and triggers.
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Knowledge of SQL metadata conversions and date conversions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for interface customization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.
  • BMC Remedy ARS certifications.
