Manage technical aspects of construction projects through onsite planning, coordination, and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical project aspects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Deliver project deadlines within budget while adhering to regulatory, health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Record site issues, monitor completed works, and maintain detailed site diaries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering.
• Proven ability in planning, coordination, and supervision of technical works.
• Expertise in reading and explaining technical drawings and plans.
• Experience ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dublin every day; no remote or hybrid options available.
• Completed third-level qualification in engineering.
