Key Responsibilities

1. Sitecore Content Hub Configuration & Leadership

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Sitecore Content Hub.

Design and maintain metadata schemas, taxonomies, gateways, and content structures.

Configure asset lifecycle workflows, approval processes, and governance controls.

Design and maintain portals, security models, and user access frameworks.

Drive improvements in DAM governance and content management operating models.

2. Solution Design & Enhancements

Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Content Hub solutions.

Lead configuration design discussions, technical reviews, and implementation planning.

Identify opportunities for platform optimisation and continuous improvement.

Support effort estimation, technical planning, and delivery activities.

3. Custom Development & Integrations

Develop and maintain custom React components within Sitecore Content Hub.

Use JavaScript and TypeScript for custom development and platform extensions.

Extend Content Hub functionality using REST APIs, webhooks, and Connector Framework capabilities.

Collaborate with integration teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.

4. Production Support & Maintenance

Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and coordinate defect resolution.

Support platform releases, upgrades, deployments, and change management.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore Content Hub / Sitecore DXP.

Experience with DAM, PCM, and MRM modules.

Expertise in metadata schema design, taxonomy modelling, and content structures.

Experience with workflow design, asset lifecycle management, and approval processes.

Knowledge of gateway configuration, portal configuration, and security models.

Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and Connector Framework integrations.

Experience in enterprise DAM implementations and Application Maintenance and Support (AMS).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
