Description

Lead the design and implementation of automation and manual test strategies for software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable hybrid test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Appium.
• Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and manage artifacts, tools, and licenses.
• Collaborate with developers and QE analysts to define requirements and ensure quality from planning to production.
• Own quality metrics by tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and maintaining Power BI reports.
• Mitigate testing risks and apply AI-driven approaches to end-to-end testing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of test automation experience with expertise in framework design.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Experience with API testing using RestAssured and BDD methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD integration.
• Knowledge of mobile testing with Appium.
