Description

You will own the development and maintenance of AI-powered applications, specifically focusing on LLM and RAG pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve LLM and RAG pipelines for AI applications.
• Perform model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning tasks.
• Build and optimize semantic search functionality using embeddings and hybrid search.
• Develop Python scripts for document parsing, Q&A extraction, and monitoring.
• Follow version control (Git) and CI/CD best practices for ML projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in Azure AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) NLP.
• Proficiency with semantic search, embeddings strategy, and hybrid search implementation.
• Experience with Prompt Flow for workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI services, and Azure Document Intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or MLflow for experiment tracking and lineage.
• Competency in Python for data processing and extraction tasks.
• Knowledge of Angular for supporting front-end search and analytics integration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Git version control.
