You will serve as a technical lead, providing deep operational and design support for customer network solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on incremental design changes, assessing requirements against industry standards.
• Manage technical aspects during maintenance windows and serve as the primary contact for configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and conduct impact and risk assessments for Severity 1 and 2 incidents.
• Establish root causes of infrastructure problems and document analysis for corrective action planning.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, providing remote and onsite training for customer operations staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco networking environments.
• Expert knowledge of DNAC / Catalyst Center for provisioning, assurance, and operations.
• Experience with Software-Defined Access, including LISP, SDA components, micro-segmentation, and DNAC/ISE integration.
• Proficiency with Catalyst 9000 Switch Family (9200-CX, 9300, 9500, 9600).
• Deep understanding of IPv4/IPv6 Routing protocols (BGP, IS-IS, OSPF).
• Ability to provide consultative support using Cisco internal processes and tools (e.g., TAC).

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and DevOps experience using Python, Ansible, or Robot Framework.
