Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Application Security, Software Engineering, or related areas
• Strong hands-on experience with AI Security and secure adoption of AI capabilities
• Experience with AI/LLM integration and AI-driven engineering solutions
• Strong experience with developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude
• Strong systems engineering and application security expertise
• Experience driving AI vulnerability management and remediation initiatives
• Experience with Java modernization and application/platform modernization
• Strong experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps
• Experience with Cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and platform reliability
• Ability to architect, build, and implement solutions that improve engineering efficiency and software delivery
• Experience serving as a technical leader across security, engineering, and platform modernization initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
