Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform effective incident management from incident start through resolution, partnering with development teams to determine root causes.
• Drive rigorous problem management to follow through on corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
• Proactively identify production issues and implement timely resolutions to maintain system stability.
• Own the production environment by monitoring availability and ensuring holistic system health across all components.
• Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve critical issues within defined service level agreements.
• Complete assigned tasks for change requests and incident tickets while maintaining quality standards.
• Achieve 90% automation targets and reduce manual intervention to improve operational efficiency.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Application Support with expertise in production environments.

Education: Engineering degree required
