Own the stability and health of production environments, managing incidents and driving problem resolution across AWS-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle, partnering with development teams to identify root causes and implement timely resolutions.
• Drive rigorous problem management to execute corrective actions and prevent recurrence of critical issues.
• Monitor system availability and holistic health across all components, proactively identifying production issues.
• Execute change requests and incident tickets while maintaining strict quality standards and SLA compliance.
• Achieve 90% automation targets to reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support within production environments.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Strong SQL skills for database troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Experience with Apigee and REST APIs for integration management.
• Scripting capabilities in Python and Shell.
• Operational knowledge of AWS services including EC2, EKS, Load Balancers, Route 53, and CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of Incident and Problem Management frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Solution Architect Associate certification.
• Experience with Multi-region deployment strategies and Seibel systems.
• Familiarity with retail and telecom domain workflows.
