Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations for mission-critical production systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices and RESTful APIs with focus on performance and reliability.
• Implement system integrations and event-driven workflows using .NET Core.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, and DevOps teams to drive technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6-8, including dependency injection, logging, and error handling.
• Experience building distributed systems and microservices.
• Deep knowledge of REST API design, including OAuth2/JWT, versioning, and rate limiting.
• Proficiency in SQL/Sybase, including schema design, stored procedures, and query tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus).
