Description

You will drive sales growth and technical solution alignment for the VCA pneumatic cylinder range within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners to identify equipment, supply, and service needs.
• Develop and submit techno-commercial offers with application engineers to secure major business.
• Plan and implement sales and service programs to improve competitive positioning and customer service efficiency.
• Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to closure, including forecasting and customer visit reporting.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services while ensuring alignment with contract standards.

Required Skills

• Experience with Neles or Valmet products and service solutions.
• Technical knowledge of pneumatic or power cylinders.
• Proven ability to negotiate and gain agreement for specific business outcomes.
• Experience managing customer/supplier contracts and service delivery standards.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into appropriate technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with channel partners and industrial accounts.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance goal setting.
• Apply HSE procedures and legal condition knowledge to all daily work routines.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of tenure in similar sales engineering roles.
