Description

You will design, develop, and deploy technical solutions on the SFDC platform to solve complex business needs.

Manage the full development lifecycle, including code refactoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of existing applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-quality technical solutions and AppExchange integrations on the SFDC platform.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including code refactoring, optimization, and troubleshooting of existing applications.
• Investigate integration issues and collaborate with Operations, Development, and Admin teams to resolve technical blockers.
• Lead project efforts and mentor junior developers and administrators within a globally distributed team.
• Research new Salesforce prototypes and communicate technology trends to leadership.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex programming, Visualforce, Force.com APIs, SOQL, and Governor Limits.
• 2+ years of JavaScript or Salesforce Lightning experience, including Aura and LWC components.
• Deep understanding of Declarative Automation, Web Services, and systems architecture for scalable solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment techniques, and Agile/DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with external business systems using ETL and process automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills for re-engineering implementations and optimizing performance.
• Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform II, JavaScript Developer, or Application/System Architect.
