Description

Lead technical development and platform maintenance for ServiceNow applications, with a primary focus on SecOps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and testers in a technical capacity.
• Develop OOTB and custom applications, primarily focusing on SecOps development.
• Build custom widgets, manage scoped applications, and maintain the Service Portal.
• Execute integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, AD, and MID Server.
• Support and maintain all technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in SecOps.
• Expertise in two or more ServiceNow solutions, such as SecOps, GRC/IRM, ITSM, or CMDB.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AngularJS, jQuery, Server-Side scripting, and Jelly Script.
• Experience with Scoped applications, Service Portal, and the Now mobile app.
• Strong understanding of domain separation.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methods.
