Description

You will provide enterprise-wide technical support for the One Identity Privileged and Log Management Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-standard technical support to customers via telephone and email as part of a global team.
• Manage service requests, ongoing escalations, and product quality across Linux platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize issues and communicate effective solutions to partners.
• Contribute to the Support Portal using Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) methodologies.
• Partner with Country and Product Managers to resolve complex issues and drive product improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in system engineering or technical support.
• Proficiency with Linux/UNIX systems using the Command Line Interface (CLI).
• Knowledge of Ansible, Kerberos, sudo, DNS, TCP/IP, syslog protocols, and Active Directory.
• Scripting proficiency in Perl, Python, Bash, Awk, or Sed.
• Basic programming skills with the ability to read and interpret source code.
• Experience with AD, Azure, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, PowerShell, and SQL.
• Technical writing skills and the ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions from data.
• Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in network communication debugging, routing, and firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and debugging tools like WebEx or GoToMeeting.
