Required Skills
✅ 12+ years of software engineering and enterprise integration experience
✅ Strong expertise in API Architecture and Enterprise Integration Design
✅ Hands-on experience designing REST APIs, AsyncAPI, and Event-Driven Architectures
✅ Strong knowledge of Kafka / AWS MSK for event streaming
✅ Experience with API Gateways such as Gravitee, Apigee, MuleSoft, or similar platforms
✅ Experience with Workato or other iPaaS/Integration platforms
✅ Strong understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), API Security, and Access Control
✅ Experience implementing Tokenization solutions (Protegrity, TokenEx, or equivalent) for protecting sensitive data
✅ Experience with enterprise data models, API governance, and integration best practices
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Lead the API and Integration intake process across multiple enterprise workstreams
✔️ Design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide API standards and integration patterns
✔️ Build scalable REST and Event-Driven API ecosystems supporting enterprise applications
✔️ Configure and manage API Gateway platforms including Gravitee or similar technologies
✔️ Develop secure API solutions using OAuth2, OpenID Connect, tokenization, and enterprise security controls
✔️ Design and support event streaming architectures using Kafka and AWS MSK
✔️ Implement modern workflow orchestration solutions using Temporal or similar durable execution frameworks
✔️ Partner with Data Architecture teams to align API contracts with enterprise canonical data models
✔️ Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on implementation support across engineering teams
✔️ Drive enterprise integration best practices while mentoring teams and removing technical roadblocks
