Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native, microservices-based platforms.
• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and project delivery plans.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and engineering best practices.
• Work closely with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams to deliver business goals.
• Drive large-scale technical transformation projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Experience Required:

• 15-18 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience in microservices architecture and platform modernization.
• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and technical transformation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education: B.Tech or B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree)
