Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale multiple engineering teams.
• Drive career growth, performance management, and succession planning.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture review, and code quality oversight.
• Partner with Tech Leads on system design and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with Product and business teams to define technical strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles managing large, distributed organizations.
• Strong technical foundation across backend, frontend, mobile, and cloud.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Java, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Background in microservices, mobile applications, or platform engineering.
