You will lead an engineering team of 5+ members, driving technical delivery and process efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across Development, QA, Architecture, Product Management, UX, DevOps, and Support.
• Provide technical leadership for Java-based, microservices-driven architectures on AWS.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and monitoring.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 17+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Strong hands-on background in Java and microservices.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures on AWS.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Experience with Monitoring Tools, Splunk, Grafana, and Sentry.
• Knowledge of Automation Scripting and MS Products.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
