Lead the modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native, microservices-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and project delivery plans for large-scale transformation.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams to ensure platform reliability and security.
• Drive modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Platform teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Monitor project progress and enforce engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in Cloud Architecture and cloud-native platforms.
• Deep understanding of Distributed Systems and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience in platform modernization and technical transformation.
• Proven ability to lead large engineering teams and manage complex delivery plans.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech or B.Tech + M.Tech (Dual Degree) education.
