Lead multiple engineering teams to deliver technical strategy, roadmaps, and high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage multiple engineering teams, driving career growth and performance.
• Define system design, technical strategy, and roadmaps in partnership with Tech Leads and Architects.
• Conduct architecture reviews and enforce code quality standards across all engineering efforts.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and business teams to communicate risks and align technical delivery with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, metrics, and overall delivery excellence.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations.
• Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Familiarity with Microservices and Mobile Applications.
• Experience with Automated Testing.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
