Description

You will drive operational excellence and define the engineering vision for CI/CD and Developer Experience teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy by partnering with Technical Leads and Enterprise Leadership.
• Establish and maintain operational metrics to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Lead continuous improvements in CI/CD, DevOps culture, and developer productivity.
• Oversee the development and adoption of greenfield platforms for continuous integration and deployment.
• Coach and mentor engineering teams while minimizing developer process lead time.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven expertise architecting scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, GitHub, TravisCI, and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Ruby, and Shell scripting.
• Strong background in Unix/Linux operating systems and database management (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of SDLC, process flows, solution architecture, and KPI tracking.
• Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones.
