Description

Lead data engineering teams and own the technical roadmap for scalable, automated data pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Own the tech roadmap and long-term planning for data engineering workstreams.
• Partner with Product Management and Data Science to define system requirements for automated panel data processing.
• Oversee the architecture and scaling of data pipelines using Spring Boot, ClickHouse, and OpenSearch.
• Implement ETL job monitoring and performance optimization for critical data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience managing engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with ClickHouse, OpenSearch, Logstash, and AWS services.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, Spark, and Grafana.
• Proven track record in roadmap visibility and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks and Advanced ElasticSearch.
• Knowledge of Connected TV (CTV) platforms and streaming data collection.
• Familiarity with privacy-compliant measurement solutions.
