Description

You lead the DevOps team to build and scale the AI cloud infrastructure and developer platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage the cloud infrastructure across multiple regions and clouds, focusing on security, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure as code to provision the application stack across different environments.
• Partner with ML, search, product, and data teams to define and build technical solutions.
• Hire and mentor engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with security teams to enhance the infrastructure's security posture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• 3+ years of experience growing and managing a team of 5+ engineers.
• Strong technical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, including IAM, Security Groups, and Elastic Load Balancers.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS VPC, VPN, and DNS, with experience troubleshooting network issues.
• Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and Istio.
• Comfortability with automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Working knowledge of disaster recovery, data backup, replication, and encryption using AWS KMS.
• Hands-on technical leadership with strong ownership over complex platform initiatives.
