Manage and mentor multiple engineering teams to drive technical execution and team growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire engineering teams, driving career growth and succession planning.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews, and oversee code quality across systems.
• Partner with Tech Leads and Architects to define system design and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with Product and business teams to define technical strategy and influence the technology roadmap.
• Manage project delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies across various initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large, distributed, or multi-team engineering organizations.
• Strong technical foundation across modern stacks (backend, frontend, mobile, cloud).
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle, and engineering metrics.
• Expertise in Project Management, Tech Lead principles, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Automated Testing.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years tenure in current or previous leadership roles.
