Lead technical teams and oversee the architecture and deployment of scalable cloud-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to drive productivity and career growth.
• Architect and maintain scalable applications using PHP, MongoDB, MySQL, and Python.
• Manage cloud deployments and scaling on GCP and AWS while optimizing for cost and performance.
• Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Partner with Product, QA, and UX teams to deliver technical solutions based on stakeholder requirements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development and engineering leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in PHP, Laravel, React, MongoDB, MySQL, and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS and GCP.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management (Ansible or Puppet).
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and managing multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
