Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 programs to meet business goals and timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, objectives, and deliverables while collaborating with organizational stakeholders.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution.
• Design scalable and secure solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
• Establish architecture standards, governance models, and best practices for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Direct technical decision-making and evaluate emerging technologies for business transformation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
• Proven track record in program management and enterprise solution design.
• Ability to manage project governance, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure.
