Lead multiple engineering squads to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 engineering squads of 3-7 engineers each, distributed between San Mateo and Pakistan.
• Guide and mentor tech leads and engineers to support career growth and development.
• Drive squad delivery at high velocity while maintaining uncompromising quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to define roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years in a software engineering management role.
• Proven experience managing globally distributed engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of technical architecture and system design.
• Experience with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with SQL and Shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks including AngularJS, React, or Remix.
• Strong ability to facilitate communication across diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds.
