Description

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, design, and enterprise architecture
• Strong expertise in .NET technologies: C#, VB.NET, Angular, .NET Framework
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, modernization, and DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, database design, and performance tuning
• Full SDLC experience including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and multi-tier web application development
• Knowledge of Lucee/ColdFusion, WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat servers
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, security, encryption, and PCI compliance
• Experience with Linux administration, shell scripting, and automation tools
• Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, SDN
• Expertise in Git/GitHub/SVN version control and code review practices
• Experience with Power BI, Crystal Reports, and dashboard/report development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working in Agile and traditional project environments

Preferred: AWS, Java Spring/Hibernate, ColdFusion (CFML), accessibility compliance, and government/public-sector projects
