You will lead enterprise architecture initiatives to align technology strategies with business objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead enterprise architecture initiatives that support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define architecture strategies.
• Model architecture diagrams, capability models, and business processes using tools like Ardoq, EA Sparx, Archimate, and Visio.
• Implement enterprise architecture processes, defining clear roles and responsibilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through project completion while advising on DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of collective experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of enterprise architecture experience within financial services or banking.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing modeling tools for architecture and capability modeling.
• Demonstrable experience with Business Capability models, such as BIAN.
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-prem architectures and associated design trade-offs.
• Proficiency in modeling frameworks including UML, Business Process Modeling, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps Practices.
• Familiarity with Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines.
