Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, driving application modernization and cloud-native strategy across hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise application and integration architecture standards, including reusable patterns for microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Design modernization strategies for legacy applications, executing rehosting, replatforming, refactoring, and retirement plans across AWS and Azure.
• Architect cloud landing zones and governance frameworks, ensuring consistent infrastructure, integration, and data patterns.
• Conduct application portfolio assessments using TIME and 6R frameworks to identify consolidation and migration opportunities.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform or Bicep and support CI/CD pipeline architectures with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise, Solution, or Cloud Architecture.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure environments, including hybrid cloud integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or Pulumi.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, containerization, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with application portfolio management and technical debt analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with DevOps automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Knowledge of cloud security standards (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001) and cost optimization (FinOps).
