Description

Design, develop, and support enterprise web applications and system enhancements on Azure. You will own integrations, database optimization, and production reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multi-tier enterprise web applications using Lucee/ColdFusion.
• Optimize Oracle database structures, stored procedures, and ANSI SQL queries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
• Create technical documentation, test plans, and reporting solutions with Power BI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software development, application architecture, and enterprise systems.
• Strong experience with Lucee/ColdFusion, WebLogic, Apache, and Tomcat.
• Advanced Oracle database development, including PL/SQL and ANSI SQL.
• Strong Perl development and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Linux administration, shell scripting, and operational automation.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, source control, branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Azure SQL.
