Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions and data lakes on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services and Snowflake.
• Lead full lifecycle Data Lake implementations from architecture design through deployment.
• Build scalable Data Lake solutions using Snowflake or Databricks on AWS, adhering to Medallion Architecture.
• Lead data engineering teams, mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, drafting technical proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Required Skills

• 15–20 years of overall experience in data engineering, analytics, or cloud delivery roles.
• Seven years of experience as an enterprise Architect.
• Proven hands-on experience with Medallion Architecture.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle Data Lake projects using Snowflake or Databricks on AWS.
• Strong AWS cloud implementation experience with data integration and orchestration services.
• Deep knowledge of Snowflake or Databricks architecture, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, or Unix Shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS (Solution Architect / Data Analytics), Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines, Terraform/CloudFormation, and Airflow.
