Description

You own the stability of enterprise platform environments, resolving complex production issues across application, platform, and infrastructure layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve critical incidents by analyzing logs, metrics, traces, and alerts to identify root causes and system correlations.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes environments, including pods, services, deployments, and networking components.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to diagnose and resolve incidents in real time, communicating technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and large language models for incident detection, root cause analysis, and remediation validation.
• Improve runbooks, dashboards, alerts, and support processes based on recurring issue patterns and work in 24/7 rotational shifts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting production or customer-facing systems.
• Strong practical experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret logs, metrics, traces, and alerts across distributed systems.
• Experience with APIs and service architectures.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing technical support or escalation role.
• Ability to use AI tools and large language models effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting SaaS platforms, banking systems, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
• Knowledge of continuous delivery (ArgoCD, Flux) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog).
